General Procedural Questions

Question: How can i export/import or backup/restore database for JooCart?
Answer: You can do it using System->Backup/Restore feature.

Backup: Just select the JooCart database's table and click Backup button

Restore: Browse the backup sql file and click Restore button.
Make sure database prefix of sql file and JooCart database prefix are same.
