Answer: 
Go to JooCart admin panel,You will see a button named "Options"(in Joomla 1.5.x) or "Parameters"(in Joomla 16.x-2.5.x) at the top-right corner.Click it.
Set yes for "Don't show Admin Login Page of JooCart"
