Steps to follow for SEO friendly URLs in JooCart WP:

Enable WordPress SEO URLs
1. Go to WordPress Settings->Permalinks
2. Set a permalinks option(e.g. Post name)
3. Save Changes

Enable JooCart WP SEO URLs
1. Go to JooCart WP admin panel System->Settings->Server(tab)
2. Set Use SEO URL's: Yes
3. Go to Product or Category page Catalog->Produts [Edit]
4. Go to Data tab and Set SEO Keyword as you want
