To show a JooCart WP module in WordPress sidebar position(left sidebar or right sidebar etc), go to wordpress admin panel->Appearance->Widgets
Use "JooCart WP All in One Widget" or "JooCart WP Custom Widget" from there to your required sidebar.
But make sure your required module is installed and enabled from JooCart WP admin menu: Extensions->Modules.
If you want to show module in JooCart WP left-column/right-column instead of WordPress sidebar, then go to WordPress admin menu : Settings -> JooCart WP Options

Hide left/right column: No
and save.
