Frequently Asked Questions

1) Go to JooCart WP admin panel left side menu->Extensions->Extensions->Modules, then uninstall your required module from there
2) Go to JooCart WP admin panel left side menu->Extensions->Modifications, then disable and delete your third party extension related modification file from there(if any exists). Refresh the modifications too from there.
3) Go to JooCart WP admin panel left side menu->Extensions->Events, then disable and delete related events from there ( if any exists)
4) Check wp-content/plugins/joocart/system folder . If any related third party ocmod xml file exist, remove it. Then refresh modifications again from JooCart WP admin panel left side menu->Extensions->Modifications
If you are getting errors in JooCart WP after installation of a third party extension and you are unable to access admin panel, then remove all files manually from wp-content/plugins/joocart/system/storage/modification folder. Also remove any related third party ocmod xml file from wp-content/plugins/joocart/system folder. Now you will be able to access JooCart WP admin panel.
